The Healing Journey, bit by bit.

Real Healing

Where the fuck to start?

Updated: Sep 5, 2020

That’s the question I posed myself when starting to write this blog. Indeed starting is the most difficult part of any journey. I’ve proved that to myself over and again.

I gazed at the Blog developer website for hours, that voice in my head nagging as it does. “You’ve got nothing to share”, “It’s not going to be interesting”, and the like.

Ignoring it, I just started writing, tentative first steps and with every pause that voice clamours more.

That voice, that mediocre consciousness, the bane of so many peoples lives, is something that I’ll very much focus on in this blog, but for now we will just ignore it, and that is also a great answer to the initial question I posed. Where to start? Ignore that voice!!

I suppose an introduction is also in order. The common starting point of any relationship is an introduction. So who am I? What is this blog about, and why should you engage with me or follow my journey? Ah, an even more difficult set of questions!

I can tell you what I’m not. Not a teacher, a prophet, a psychic. Not a perfect yogi with a perfect body. In fact, I’m not sure I’ll hold any answers for you at all. All I can intend to do is present you my journey, raw, unabridged, naked. I can share with you skills that I’ve learned. And why do I dare to venture this? With so many opinions and views out there, why does my journey hold the slightest bit of interest above anyone else's?

Well, over the last few years I have embarked on the greatest challenge I have faced in my life. I’ve taken a working pathway to REAL HEALING. It’s a path that focuses on working with the natural energy of the body.

It’s hard work, I kinda hate it, but the results (little by little) are irrefutable. Its like going to the gym; hard work pays off.

I intend to describe this process and how it can be done, but I’ll point out at this stage that it’s a process that requires a coach, which I am not (yet).

I will talk about what brought me here and what led me to finally decide that, yes, I needed to heal. No surprise it was the ending of a relationship; but more on that another time.

I may also include some articles on general health, relationships and working in hospitality.

I can only hope at this point that this blog may lead some people out of the confusing mist of healing and spirituality, and prompt some REAL HEALING of others.

Thank You
